At the heart of our mission lies a profound understanding of the importance of legacy. The Shane Warne Legacy is dedicated to preserving the memory of an extraordinary individual, Shane Warne, whose life was marked by remarkable achievements and the enduring impact he left on people and places. Everyone has a “Warnie” story!
Shane's life was a tapestry woven with threads of accomplishment, compassion, and a relentless drive to make a difference. He was in one word – unique! His legacy is a testament to the values and principles he lived by. It is a reflection of his unwavering commitment to always “have a crack”, “lift others", “find a way” and “give a leg up” to leave the world better than he found it.
We have taken up the mantle to ensure Shane lives on through his legacy; vibrant, purposeful and meaningful. To honour his memory, we are embarking on an inspiring journey. One where we will build partnerships (akin to McGrath / Warne Partnership) with corporates to create programs that offer a helping hand to those who need it the most.
In the future, we are also dedicated to raising awareness and crucial funds for select charities, contributing to causes that make a genuine difference. In doing so, we aim to carry forward the legacy of a man whose impact transcended boundaries and we will help save lives.

SHANE WARNE LEGACY HEART TEST CAMPAIGN
Join us to take part in the very first Test Match of our series
providing free Shane Warne Legacy Heart Tests around Australia.
Cricket Australia and the Shane Warne Legacy (SWL) will come together at the 2023 NRMA Insurance Boxing Day Test to tip their hat to ‘Warnie’ and raise awareness of heart health. Free, Shane Warne Legacy Heart Tests will be available in and around the MCG on days one to four of the Boxing Day Test.
